The Work
Three days at the threshold of winter. We gather to mark the longest night and work with the concept of the spiral—moving from the periphery toward center, then returning outward with what we've learned.
This is a space to examine what you carry, release what no longer serves, and prepare for what's ahead.
Structure
Friday Evening
Arrival by 4pm.
We open with movement and gong bath led by Fairlight—a clearing practice to transition from daily life into focused work. Dinner follows. Neika introduces the breath work methodology that anchors the weekend.
Saturday
Morning (8–11am): We begin with asana and breath work, then move into Angela’s teaching on the Eight Extraordinary Channels—meridian pathways that influence core patterns and long-held beliefs. This module provides the foundational understanding for the afternoon's deeper breath work.
Midday meal. Afternoon open for solitude, walking, rest.
Evening (4–6:30pm): The central work of the weekend. Neika leads an extended breath work session—the actual descent into the spiral's center. Using the framework from the morning's teaching, we work with breath as a portal to altered states of consciousness and access what typically remains dormant. This is where we meet what is ready to be released. The session is sustained and deep, requiring the full container we've built together.
Dinner.
Sunday
Morning (6.30–8.30am): Lucid Dreaming. Integrating live acoustic set with Sumeet Banerji. We work with what has emerged and begin the movement back outward.
We close the container. Final meal. Departure by noon.
