This four day retreat offers girls the time and space to decompress, relax and melt into the beautiful landscape of the Sierra Nevada forest. Become inspired by nature through journaling, yoga, ceremony, food, exploring the four elements and connecting to one another in the spirit of sisterhood. With the exponentially growing fast pace, technology driven world we live in girls need a place to tune out the noise and tune in to the wisdom.

Imagine stepping away from the mirror of society and into a world where nature, space and time open the doors of perception to new ways of seeing and viewing ourselves. Nature is and always has been a place where learning about oneself using natural elements such as waterfalls, trees, and the moon expands our idea of who we are infinitely. We can begin to listen to our inner voice and quiet down the outer (and inner) critics. Come learn who you are beyond what social media, your family, your friends and society tell you who you are.

· 7-10a yoga with Angela (intro to pranayama/meditation and energizing sixth chakra)
· Learning about your north node workshop

· 7p light and airy dinner
· Bedtime gratitude journaling

July 14th Fire Element
· 7-10a yoga with Angela (energizing fourth chakra)
· Waterfall
· Painting with Johanna workshop
· Circle time (check in)
· Cacao ceremony
· Free thought journaling (learning the power to manifest)

July 15th Water Element
· 7-10a yoga with Angela (energizing first, second and fifth chakras)
· The magic of herbal decoctions workshop
· Waterfall initiation-learning how to let go and clear
· Circle time (check in)
· 5p yoga with Charlotte
· 7p hydrating dinner
· Om meditation for sleep and anxiety

July 16th · Departure (check out time 11am)
· 7-9a yoga with Angela (energizing all seven chakras)
· 9a goodbye breakfast
· 10a final circle time: integration
