Bheemashakti Yoga Intro (All Levels)

This class is a sampler platter for the Bheemashakti Yoga Practice. Instruction in Kapalabhati Breathing, Kriyas, and meditation to create a sense of vitality. Open to new and existing students

Sunday & Friday 12:00 - 13:30 @ Ginseng Yoga with Najah

Tuesday and Thursday 9 - 10:30 @ The Yoga Loft with Najah


A deeper exploration of the structures of the lower body including hips, hamstrings, ankles, feet and low back. Master the "lotus" posture and become comfortable standing strong or sitting with ease. 

Tuesday 09:00-10:30 @ Ginseng Yoga with Angela


This 1.5 Hour class builds the foundation of all arm balancing abilities. Learn to master handstands, "floating", and tricky transitions. Practice being upside down, improve your confidence and intuition. 

Thursday 09:00 - 10:30 @ Ginseng Yoga with Troy


This energizing class builds the foundation of all backbending abilities. Learn to master "Drop Backs", prepare for Ashtanga Intermediate Series, improve core strength and correct poor posture.
